Industrial exhibition at "European Conference on Security Research SRC '07"

Potential exhibitors are kindly invited to play an active role in this conference by participating in the exhibition which will be held parallel to the sessions. The exhibition is an excellent opportunity for any institution or company to present their products or services to the conference participants. The exhibition will allow your company to meet participants on an individual basis. The exhibition will be about 180 square meters; the areas will be given away in the announcements order.

The following possibilities can be ordered:

• If you have a booth of your own:
  Rental of 6 square meters, including electricity (220 V, 10 A), Internet-Access (W-Lan), 1 table, 2 chairs, for 800 Euro including VAT at 19%. You can rent more than one module; every module includes the participation at the congress for two persons. The exhibitor is responsible for building and dismantling of his fair stand; the exhibition planning will take place in coordination with the conference office.
  Building time: Sunday, march 25th 2007, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
  Dismantling time: Tuesday, march 27th 2007, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

• If you do not have a booth of your own:
  Rental of 6 square meters, including electricity (220 V, 10 A), Internet-Access (W-Lan), 1 table, 2 chairs, for 800 Euro including VAT at 19%. You can rent more than one module; every module includes the participation at the congress for two persons.
  
  Rental of a display pop-up exhibition system, 3 x 2,5 m, fully printed, for 2,400 Euro incl. VAT. The price includes the print of your informations. An example can be seen here. The roll-on-case can be used as an information counter; the price for a printed case is 190 Euro including VAT.   Purchase of a banner stand, available in two sizes:
  2 m wide, 2,15 m high for 440 Euro including VAT or
  1 m wide, 2,15 m high for 280 Euro including VAT.
